Answers to common questions
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
Every order is prepared at our mill in Electronic City, Bengaluru. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options, delivery charge and expected delivery time for your pin code before you pay. Orders within 3 km of our mill are delivered by our own team.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number as soon as your order is placed. You can also see your orders anytime by logging in to your account.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
Email admin@themillingcompany.com or call +91-7338551275 with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll update the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We replace or refund any product that arrives damaged, incorrect or below our promised quality. See our Refund Policy for details.
